Balance Score Card (BSC) System

Balance Score Card (BSC) is a management centric tools that simplifies the implementation difficulty of the strategy. It is used with the following perspectives in the mind. They are (1) Financial Perspective (2)Customer Perspective (3) Learning Perspective and (4) Internal Perspective. It doesn't mean that these are perspectives, but these are the basic perspectives apart from this any number of perspectives can be added based on the industries need or type.
